Policies

Layaway:
We offer up to a 6-month Layaway Plan for any item you desire. We do require an initial 20% deposit of the total purchase, {including tax}. The payments thereafter may be made in accordance to the terms determined at time of purchase. Alterations & adjustments such as ring sizing will be made at balance payoff. Most can be done the same day. Layaway refunds will be given within 3 days of the original deposit date. Expired layaways will receive an in store credit for monies received.

Financing:
Creations By You Fine Jewelry offers financing through GE Financing. Same as cash and other payment plans are available to fit your needs.

Gift Cards:
Creations By You Fine Jewelry & Design offers gift cards in any denomination.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to restocking fees if alterations have been performed, and/or if the item needs polishing.

Refunds: 
Full Cash refund within 14days. No refunds or credits will be granted on special orders, altered and/or custom and/or sale items.

Diamond Inspections:
We recommend every 3-6 months you should bring to us your diamond jewelry and have our jeweler inspect the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones. This inspection service is complimentary.

Custom Design:
All custom designed jewelry is nonrefundable, and requires a 20% deposit before the work begins.
